Author: Question by Shaddix: What is your opinion on the upcoming film A Nightmare on Elm Street?
I am interested to see how the director Samuel Bayer portrays this film because he has directed a lot of music videos and not many actual films.

I’m looking forward to seeing it. I understand that it is going to have a more serious tone, with few if any one-liners. After all the guy was a child murderer. He should not be funny. Just sick, twisted, evil and creepy.

So excited. I love the idea of Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy Krueger. I don’t think it’ll be that scary though, which is a bit of a disappointment, but I’m still going to see it opening day.
